The focus of this care is to support independence and activity, while

  • Pet care

Personal Interaction

  • Activities planning
  • Recollection-based conversation
  • Arranging appointments, home visits, etc.
  • Help with personal computing (email, family pictures, Facetime, etc).

Health Maintenance

  • Grocery shopping
  • Nutritional Meal preparation, including special diets
  • Regular exercise (walks, gym visits, etc.)
  • Support of physical therapy

Social Interaction

  • Activities outside the home, outings
  • Senior community programs
  • Activities with friends

Other plans of care are designed for the elder who needs more help with basic daily activities.

The focus of this care is to support an elder with respect and dignity while assisting with overall care management. This type of care includes many of the services mentioned above plus skilled support for activities of daily living (ADLs) including:
